We do require our clients to sign a policy form for every booking.
I. Age
-You must be 18 or over in order to book an appointment with the artists of Rose Stem Tattoo. You will be required to bring a government issued ID on the day of your appointment.
Failure to do so will prevent you from getting tattooed and will require you to reschedule your appointment.
II. Reschedules/Cancellations
-If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must notify your artist at least 48 hours in advance (limit 1 reschedule per appointment/3 total reschedules in the span of a year per client).
-If you do want to reschedule, but are unsure of your availability, you must notify the artist at least 48 hours prior to your appointment in which you will be given a one-month timeframe and a final date to contact them with your availability for rescheduling. Your deposit will no longer be valid if you fail to reschedule by the given date.
-If you need to cancel your appointment without rescheduling, and would like to book in the future, a new booking deposit will be required.
🚫If you do not show up to your appointment and do not notify the shop, resulting in a no-call/no-show, you will be prevented from booking future appointments with any of the artists from Rose Stem Tattoo.
III. Late/Late Fee
-If you are running late to your appointment, you must notify your artist at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment by calling the shop directly (661-505-2406).
For every 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, there will be a $50 additional fee on top of what has been quoted by the artist. If you exceed 30 minutes, you will be required to reschedule. The artists hold the right to final call judgment.
IV. Same day reschedule
-If you notify your artist the day of your appointment that you need to reschedule, your deposit will no longer be applicable towards a future reschedule date and you will be required to submit a new deposit.
V. Booking
- An established appointment date and time with your artist will be required at the time of booking, prior to sending a deposit.
VI. Deposit
-All deposits are nonrefundable unless the appointment has been cancelled on behalf
of your artist. There are no exceptions.
VII. Flash/Pre-drawn designs
- The artist(s) reserve all rights to their designs.
If you are booking a pre-drawn image from an available flash sheet, and the chosen design is booked, but you are unable to make your appointment or rescheduled date, the design is forfeited and to be used at the artist's discretion.
(Does not apply to flash events)
VIII. Design Changes
If you do decide to make any changes to the original design discussed with your artist both prior to or during your appointment, including changes in sizing, there may be additional fees.
If the design is changed entirely on the day of your appointment, you will be rescheduled and will be required to submit a new deposit.
Continuous design changes prior to your appointment date may result in a reschedule or cancellation.
IX. Walk-ins
These same rules apply if you are a walk-in/same day scheduled appointment.
Late fees etc. will still be applied accordingly.
X. Code of Conduct
Rose Stem Tattoo is a safe space for guests**, clients, artists and surrounding personnel. Clients and guests are to be held accountable for any disorderly conduct and will be requested to leave by the artist(s) of the studio as a result of inappropriate or offensive behavior/dangerous activity including (but not limited to):
Assault (Verbal and Physical)
Sexual Misconduct
Hate/Hate Speech
Theft
Harassment
Inappropriate behavior
Property damage
You will still be responsible for payment and will be required to pay what was quoted by your artist regardless of completion of the tattoo. Failure to comply with either/both the artist’s request for you to vacate the premises/payment agreement may result in legal action taken against you and you may be upheld to appear in the court of law.
XI. Personal Items
The artists of Rose Stem Tattoo are not liable for the loss or damage of any personal items brought with you on the day of your appointment.
XII. Aftercare & Touch-ups
All aftercare information is provided via email upon signing our medical release form on the day of your appointment. Aftercare information is also available on our website. Following a session, it is the sole responsibility of the client to uphold aftercare. Any damage/improper healing resulting from neglect of care is not at the artists’ fault.
Please note: Touch ups are not free and pricing is subject to each artist.
💲 We accept CASH only (please discuss alternative payment options with your artist prior to your appointment) Tattoos are non-refundable. There are no exceptions.
🔞 **Our shop is 18+ only. Children are not permitted. Guests are welcome but cannot be accommodated to wait within the shop. We do have a waiting area for all guests. There are no exceptions.
