 -Your artist will have provided you with available dates and times-

The dates provided to you may also be offered to multiple clients and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Your appointment and selected dates are NOT guaranteed and may become unavailable until a deposit has been received.

The artists of Rose Stem Tattoo require a $50 non-refundable booking deposit that secures your spot with them ($100 deposit ONLY if quoted for a half day session)

(If you are booking with a group/both artists, a deposit is required from each person who will be getting tattooed)

   There's never any rush to book. However, if some time passes before you're ready to submit your deposit, please feel free to reach out to the shop or your artist to confirm that the provided dates are still available before sending your deposit.

The deposit DOES go towards the final cost of your tattoo.

When sending your deposit via Venmo, please include your requested appointment date in the payment description and select the ‘Friends and Family’ option.

The artists accept all deposit payments via Venmo

 (feel free to ask about alternative deposit methods).

Once the deposit is received, you will be sent a confirmation message with an additional link regarding our shop policy form, which must be completed to finalize your appointment. 

Our shop accepts cash only on the day of your appointment. 

(Venmo is used for deposits only)

 Space is extremely limited and we cannot accommodate guests within the studio. Out of the respect for the safety and privacy of each artist and their clients, only those getting tattooed will be allowed in the studio during the procedure. If you do need to bring someone who will be waiting for you, there is a comfortable waiting area adjacent to the shop (bathrooms are also available). Children are not allowed. 

There are no exceptions. (18+)
